◎ IL-8在手臂、颈、背部的湿疹病灶处均有增高

◎ IL-8含量与红斑、水肿/丘疹、瘙痒等症状的严重程度成正相关

恩博克作用机理　

◎ 恩博克是中和IL-8的单抗药物，其靶点是湿疹病灶区中增高的IL-8

◎ 恩博克仅阻断表皮中增高的IL-8，不影响体内IL-8的正常生理功能
